1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Attendance Portal ("Service"), operated by RFID Softwares ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering an educational organization on behalf of a school, university, or corporate entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. SaaS Subscription & Capacity Limits
Attendance Portal offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Ultra, Enterprise). Your organization agrees not to exceed the maximum student or staff capacity allocated to your active tier. Super Admins reserve the right to restrict access or require plan upgrades if capacity limits are exceeded.
3. Hardware & Gate Integration
You are responsible for maintaining hardware readers (RFID, UHF, Biometrics) connected to our Cloud Functions API endpoints. You must secure API credentials and prevent unauthorized hardware endpoint distribution.
4. Uptime SLA & Data Security
We target a 99.9% uptime SLA for cloud gate ingestion endpoints. In the event of temporary internet interruptions, local hardware reader memory will buffer check-in logs until cloud connectivity resumes.
