1. Data Collection & Student PII
We collect student names, roll numbers, assigned classes, parent contact phone numbers, and timestamped gate entry logs strictly for educational administration. RFID Softwares does not sell, rent, or monetize student personal data to third parties.
2. Biometric Data Isolation
Biometric face templates and fingerprint hashes remain stored locally on hardware terminals (Hikvision/ZKTeco) or encrypted on client devices. Raw biometric face images are never stored on our central cloud servers.
3. Cloud Encryption & Security
All database records and network traffic are protected using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. Multi-tenant security rules strictly enforce organizational data isolation.
4. Your Data Rights & Contact
School administrators and parents have the right to request export or complete deletion of student records upon subscription cancellation by emailing info@rfidsoftwares.com.
