Our engineering team is based in Sector-45, Noida, which means a site survey in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi or the surrounding NCR usually happens within a week of first contact. For a school evaluating vendors, that matters more than it sounds: gate hardware needs someone physically present to aim antennae and verify reads before you trust the data.
Outside NCR we ship pre-configured readers anywhere in India and commission them remotely with your campus IT staff over video. It adds a few days to the timeline and works well for tap-based readers; UHF walk-through gates benefit noticeably from an on-site visit, so for those we usually travel.
