1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
RFID Softwares offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Ultra, Enterprise). If you are not satisfied with platform performance during the first 30 days of registration, contact us for a 100% full refund.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Organization Admin Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
3. Hardware Warranties & Returns
RFID readers, UHF antennae gates, and biometric scanners purchased directly or through partners are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Contact info@rfidsoftwares.com for hardware replacement or RMA assistance.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, email info@rfidsoftwares.com or call +91 9791492742 with your Organization ID and tax invoice. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
